All landlords previously registered on our Partner Portal will need to register as new users on the MyHousing Landlord Portal. To get started you will need your Tax ID number and an email address to complete a self-registration process. If you are a property management company, this change will affect all properties you manage, contact us at hcvfinancial@mainehousing.org for information about setting up access for multiple properties. To access the Landlord Portal, scan the QR code below with your phone or visit and select register: https://mainehousing.myhousing.com/Account/Login  A letter with this information was mailed out on May 15, 2026 to all landlords.
